Wedding Directing Services
- We step in at eight weeks to review all contracts, layouts, design, etc. clients have planned
- One Contract Review Meeting eight weeks prior to the wedding to review and discuss all contracts with vendors and discuss questions or suggested changes
- One meeting at seven weeks to follow up on any questions or updates with vendor contracts
- One Final Meeting six weeks prior to the wedding
- Contact by email the eight weeks prior to the wedding
- Creation of processional and recessional outline for the ceremony
- Creation of a wedding day timeline
- Communication with photographer/videographer to obtain photography/videography timeline and build into wedding day timeline
- Vendor confirmations and schedules prior to the wedding
- Review of rental, linen, lighting, draping and other rental contracts, consultant will provide a list of advised corrections
- Review of any transportation arrangements in place for the day of the wedding for wedding party, bride and groom, family and or guests, consultant will provide a list of advised corrections
- Preparation of a gratuity guideline for each type of vendor and others involved
- Review of layouts and floor plans, consultant will provide a list of advised corrections
- Management of wedding rehearsal
- On-site coordination and supervision during the wedding ceremony and reception (cuing musicians during ceremony, managing day of timeline with vendor load-ins and event timing)
- Behind the scene event management and troubleshooting
- Day of communication and coordination with transportation companies
- Setup of items such as programs, favors, table numbers, guest book and small décor
- Management of the wedding day timeline
- Management of tear down and vendor load out
- Collection and storage of all wedding collateral items the Monday prior to the wedding
- Delivery and set up of collateral items for the ceremony and reception as the bride has planned
- Wedding Day Emergency kit
- Distribution of gratuities to vendors on the day of the wedding
