Wedding directing is perfect for the bride who has done all of the planning herself, but needs someone there to make sure her big day happens flawlessly! Not only will Premier W.E.D. organize all logistics for your day, but the team will be there to direct your rehearsal and the full day of your wedding from start to finish to ensure that your planning is implemented perfectly.

Six – Eight weeks prior to your wedding date, you meet with Premier W.E.D. to discuss your wedding vision and all the details.

Wedding Directing Services

8 weeks prior to your wedding we handle the following items:

• (1) Full review meeting
• Unlimited contact by email
• (3) Scheduled calls
• Creation of ceremony outline
• Creation & management of wedding day timeline
• Vender confirmation and schedule prior to wedding
• Management of wedding rehearsal up to 1 hour
• Onsite coordination of ceremony and reception
• One additional assistant on the wedding day
• Set up of items (programs, favors, table numbers, guest book and decor)
• Management of tear down and vend0r load out
• Collection & delivery of wedding day collateral items (programs, guest book, cake topper, etc.)
